Newtrax Underground Wireless Network Solution Featured at CIM MEMO Conference

Newtrax will be highlighted at a Conference during this year’s edition of the CIM MEMO Conference in Sudbury, Ontario, between October 16th-18th.

Benjamin Ollila, Ground Control Engineer at Kidd Operations, Glencore, will be presenting a research paper titled “The Benefits of a Wireless Underground Network At Kidd Creek Mine”.  The talk will be given from 13:20 – 13:40 in the Palladium North Room on October 17th.

As will be discussed, Newtrax products played a key role in improving operational procedures at the Kidd Creek Mine.  Mr. Ollila will be able to describe in detail how they were able to save time at each shift by implementing the Newtrax wireless network in their mine.
