Embedded Software Developer
Newtrax is actively seeking top-talent candidates for software development. In particular, we would like to add to our team a Junior Software Developer for embedded applications related to wireless mesh networks. We are particularly interested in dynamic and innovative professionals who set ambitious goals and have the self-motivation to follow through and execute their ideas.
We expect you to bring:
- 1 – 5 years of experience in a professional environment, including personal, school or open-source projects.
- Knowledge in embedded systems, wireless communication, sockets, multi-threaded, databases.
- Skills in C, wireless communication, TCP/IP.
- Bonus skills: RF, MSP430, Linux.

Junior IT Specialist
Newtrax is actively seeking a dynamic, innovative and professional IT specialist who is passionate about the optimal configuration of IT systems.
We expect you to bring:
- 0 - 2 years of experience (junior role) in a professional environment, including personal, school or open-source projects
- Knowledge of Ubuntu Server installation and server machine configuration
- Skills in: Linux Ubuntu distro, bash, SSH, basic VMs knowledge (HyperV, VMWare, VirtualBox)
- Bonus skills: any scripting languages (Perl, PHP, bash, python), routers and Linux server administration, programming experience considered but not required
- Languages spoken and written: French, English are a must, Spanish is an asset

Junior QA & Test Analyst

The junior QA & Test Analyst is responsible for continuously evaluating the quality of the Minetrax solution. During the product development, the early involvement of the junior QA & Test Analyst is the key of ensuring the quality attributes and compliance with technical specifications of solutions used by our clients. With such goals in mind, the junior QA & Test Analyst is responsible for upgrading the various test networks; validating automated test failure results; building the daily binaries and other highly important test activities.
We expect you to bring:

QA & Test Analyst

Through his deep understanding of the system, the QA & Test Analyst is a centric resource in the team for identifying potential problems and evaluating their impact on the whole system. Methodical and rigorous test techniques allow the QA & Test Analyst to achieve reproducible and scalable activities.
We expect you to bring:
- Solid experience in testing complex systems.
- Relevant experience with telecommunications systems and metrics to assess their performance./li>

Senior Technical Consultant
Newtrax is actively seeking candidates to expand the organization in the operational customer interface. More specifically we are looking for people who span the commercial and technical aspects of the interface and can bring together all parties in the delivery of a truly integrated communication infrastructure solutions for safety and operational efficiency in underground mines.

The position, as currently defined, is one of (Sr.) Technical Consultant reporting directly to the COO of the company.

Technician - Electronics Production Support
